PAM Consultant

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Identify the requirements and provide necessary consultancy to the clients.
  • Consult and Design solution architecture as per the client’s requirements.
  • Maintain the Requirements & Design Documents.
  • Regularly review the relevant policies, and business use cases/benefits & provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Perform Technical Health Checks as per the schedule, Fine-tune, and recommend fixes for issues if any discovered in Health Checks.
  • Should be capable of performing end-to-end implementation tasks for PAM, MFA, and SSO solutions (IGA Solution implementation capability will be an added advantage)
  • Undertake the task of critical security patches and regular upgrades to keep the Solutions in a secure and stable version.
  • Provide regular training to client teams on the PAM, and SSO/MFA products.
  • Manage relationships with clients and third-party security vendors and contractors.
  • Remain abreast with market, customers, and technology to identify emerging Identity threats and vulnerabilities around PAM, SSO/MFA Domain.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree of computer science or related field.
  • Must have experience working in a customer-facing (onsite) role.
  • 5+ years of consulting/implementation/operational experience primarily in PAM, SSO/MFA, preferably in IGA.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in designing, deploying, and managing Beyond Trust Password Safe and Thycotic Secret Server (now Delinea).
  • Professional security certification from Beyond Trust & Delinea will be an added advantage.
  • Experience in implementing at least 3 PAM and 1 SSO/MFA Projects.
  • Experience in Windows and UNIX/Linux platforms.
  • Experience in Active Directory & Azure Active Directory
  • Experience in Databases (Oracle, Sybase, MSSQL)
  • Knowledge of Authentication protocols such as (Kerberos, LDAPS, NTLM, SAML, OAUTH, FIDO2)
  • Hands-on experience in implementing and managing Identity Security solutions such as PAM (Beyond Trust Password Safe & Delinea Secret Server) and SSO/MFA (RSA SecurID, OneSpan and Safenet)
  • Strong customer management and technical leadership qualities
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Proven team player with outstanding interpersonal and communication (written and oral) skills
